You have up to 14 days from the receipt of delivery of your original painting for a full refund. Please contact me in writing to advise before returning the item and to see if i can do anything to resolve the problem :-) Please note that the cost of the return of your item will be paid by yourself.
For high value artwork, It may be that I am able to arrange the collection of the artwork at a cheaper price. All artwork is packed lovingly by me and photographed ahead of shipment. If you received a damaged item please take photos immediately and email them to me ! If you decide to return the item please treat it respectfully and ensure it is wrapped and protected and sent back with care so someone else can love it! It is advisable to track your item if it is of high value, It is also advisable that your inspect and photograph ahead of returning.
If the item is a commission or has been personalised then i am sorry i am unable to accept returns. My print products are tailored one off products and printed individually for you and are not eligible for return unless they are faulty. If they are faulty or have been damaged in transit please reach out to email@example.com and i will organise a replacement.
Please be careful in submitting your address as i will have to charge to redeliver the product if an incorrect address is submitted or the postcode doesn't link with the street address. Thankyou :-)
